Architecture in a natural landscape

The visualizations of the Teikas House show a single-storey building with a dark facade finish, a pronounced roof silhouette and large glazing. The glazed living area opens towards the pond and the surrounding landscape, while the covered terrace forms a transition between the interior and the garden. The environment surrounded by trees and the proximity of the water are an important part of the visual image of the project.

Thoughtful room layout

In the attached layout illustration, the kitchen, dining area and living room form a interconnected common space. The bedrooms and other rooms are located in a separate part of the layout. An exit to a large terrace is provided from the living area, continuing the house's connection with the outside space.
